Farmers Yorkies in Anderson MO
My family and I bought a puppy from Farmers Yorkies in Anderson MO. The puppy came to us with the oarvo virus and passed away 5 days later. The company will do nothing and are blaming us for the puppys death. We spent over $900.00 at the vet to keep the little girl alive. Farmers yorkies will do nothing to replace the dog. We now want a full refund. Do not purchase a puppy from these people. I have documented proof from the vet , with cause of death and treatment. Any question I can be called at 609-221-6904

This guy is the biggest liar in the universe. His puppy got Parvo from his other dog and now he wants another one to kill as well. We refuse to sell puppies to people that don't care for them. We have sold puppies all over the United States and Canada and have plenty of satisfied customers. We couldn't raise puppies if they had Parvo because it would kill them all. Stever Ramano is a BIG LIAR...CHEATER...AND A THIEF!!! He never provided any vet documents to even prove his puppy was ill to us. If Steve spent as much time getting documents to us as requested instead of blogging he may have got another puppy by now. BREEDERS...DO NOT SELL ANY PUPPIES TO STEVE, WENDY or JENNA RAMANO...THEY WILL KILL IT!!!!!!
I have info coming from another Farmers Yorkies customer that spent over $600.00 on a vet bill after receiving a puppy from them. How professional is this mans response ?
I don't believe you Steve. No one has reported that to us. We have replaced puppies under warranty if the guidelines in the warranty are met and the people that follow our care instructions and warranty guidelines will get a new puppy if anything happens. We have replaced puppies that didn't even die that we still have after they were returned to us. We have been raising Yorkies for 18 years and you have never even owned one and think you are an expert and can call all the shots. This is the real world Steve, and you must follow the rules to get your way.

Hi,
I just spoke with you on the phone and here is a recap of my encounter with
Farmers Yorkies. The first puppy I bought had ear mites and giardia which
both resolved with treatment.
I tried to buy a second puppy and they told me she had passed but they would
give me a different one for the same price. Being nervous about the health
of the litter I ask for a health guarentee and Mr. Farmer (orally) said of
course and guarenteed a vet check to make sure the dog was healthy prior to
sending her on the plane.
The dog arrived with multiple bacterias and parasites (I believe giardia and
spirochetes) that had progressed so far that she was anemic. Because I had
taken her to the vet soon after I recieved her, to get to that point, the
dog had to have had the infections for quite some time, ie, prior to putting
the dog on the plane. Additionally, the only vet report was one stating the
puppy was acclimated to certain temperatures and visible had no signs of
contageous disease. When I explained this to Mr. Farmer and reminded him of
his health guarentee, he blew me off stating it must have been caused by the
flight, hung up on me, and refused to pay for any of the vet bills (which
totaled around $750).
Thank you for posting that blog. If I would have known how to do that, I
would have done so a long time ago. I will submit my complaint to the

Well, whether or not she is lying is irreavlent but she is certainly a crazy person. She bought some puppies a long time ago from us before we were ever a business and we darn sure never had a guarantee until we were a business. Her puppies didn't die though did they Steve? Nor did they have parvo did they? If you look at our health records we give medicine for both giridia and coccidia and are vaccinated against parvo also. The lady you are talking to, Stacey, didn't take the pups to the vet for quite some time after she got them and just like you she never provided any vet records to back up her claim. I am not saying puppies don't get sick because as a breeder I do know puppies do get sick but we do not sell sick puppies ever and we darn sure could not get a health certificate to fly one accross the country if one were sick. Steve, you are one sick puppy yourself. We have sold and shipped 100s of puppies in the last several years and very few if any complaints have been made directly to us. We just replaced a dog a couple of months ago because the person provided all the documents necessary and when we got the original puppy back there was absolutly nothing wrong with it and it is still alive and healthy today but we still replaced it. But you Steve, did not provide the documents necessary to sustain a claim. You think you are better then others. You think you are superior. Well, you are none of those. Quit blogging and get the papers we need, it would be a lot easier.
I am the customer, Stacey. I took the puppy in twice actually within the first week of her flying into town. Terry, not once in our discussions did you even suggest that I waited too long to take her in. You just now made that up to CYA. You said I never submitted any proof; that was because you refused to pay from the start. You never asked for proof. Is that all you need because I still have all of the bills and I can fax them to you right now.

You claim not to have the proper paperwork from me, this is a lie. I sent you a copy of the vet report, stating that the puppy died from Parvovirus contacted from your farm. I also sent you a copy of the vet bill for over $900.00. Which I never asked to be reinburst for. All I wanted was for you to make good on your no good guarantee. The Beter Business Bureau will also be sending you a copy of the paperwork that I forwared tp them. We purchased a new puppy from a local Breeder in Bridgeton Nj and surprise she is very healthy. She has been with us for 1-1/2 weeks. Also Stacey Fluhart just dealt with you on March of 2008, so how can you state that you were not in business at the time with no guarantee ? Your web site says that you have been in business for 17 years.
Now who is lying Steve...Your vet that says we have Parvo on our property that has never been here and is 1000 miles away? Or our vet that sees us almost every week, checks all of our dogs on a regular basis and has tested our puppies negative for parvo?
Anyone that reads this blog can clearly see that we don't agree but if they really want to buy a puppy from us they can call us and we wil give them our vet's phone number and they can ask them for their self. We have not owned the mother to Stacey's puppy since the beginning of oct 2007 so how could she have just bought the puppy in March? We haven't delt with her in quite some time. Also if she claims she bought one sick puppy then why why why would she even bother buying a second one? Our website says we have been breeding for 17 years if you knew how to read instead of dictate. This is the end, if anyone wants a puppy and wants the truth then contact us and we will let you call our vet and ask for you self. THE END!!!

I purchased a beautiful female yorkie puppy from Terry in October 2008. She is prefectly healthy. My vet was amazed! So Terry - you rock!!!! I don't beleive any of these accusations against you. Keep up the good work. I would definetly buy another puppy from you and recommend you to any of my friends.
Thank you Diane. That is what we hear from 99.9% of the people that buy our puppies. We spare no expense to make sure the puppies are healthy and happy. We would never ever ship a puppy that was questionable as to the health even if the puppy was just a little down that day we would cancel the flight or ask to send a different puppy if available. Some people need to read up on Yorkies and/or follow our instructions for their care.
this Guy IS NOTTTT a liar!!!! I had the same issue! myyorkie came to me full of dandruff smelling of cigarette smoke and sick with a terrible cough.I took him to the vet the next day after arriving to me and had to pay for antibiotics! the puppy weighed 1pd a month before he came t me and when he arrived he was still 1pound! he also has a hereditary knee problem.I have it all documented as well and they were both rude rude rude to me when I tried to contact them about the situation!I ended up calling their mayors office I believe it was and calling in for a inspection and no he wasnt licensed to sell pets! he responded to me the same way he responded to this guy! rude and unprofessional hes a rip off.selling unhealthy animals and I paid over $1200 to have him flown in to virginia. its time people let others know about these people ripping others off!

I bought a puppy from farmers Yorkies in June 2006 and my baby is super healthy and always has been. He's been checked by vets and goes to his regular apps. My mother also bought a dog from them and she is just as perfect. I would definitely recommend them from my experience!!
I purchased to beautiful little boys from Terry at different times. My oldest boy is 5 and youngest is 3. They have been happy and very healthy little boys their whole lives since the day I brought them home from the airport. I love my babies and have enjoyed every second of every day because they are such loving babies! I would adopt another baby from them any day of the week and twice on Sunday! I spoke to Terry on the phone at great lengths prior to the firs one being adopted. They were very informative and knowledgeable. They spend lots of time to answer all my questions completely with advise on things to enhance the quality of their little lives. I've got your back Terry! Thank you for the two bright shining lights of my life!
